Co-Sell Partner:
“We sell together – from first demo to final signature.”
Description: A Co-Seller Partner collaborates directly with ITRAK 365 throughout the sales cycle, including opportunity development, demonstrations, and proposal discussions. All pricing, contracting, and final customer agreements will be built collaboratively.
Margin: Each Program Year, the Partner will receive a one-time margin of 20% of the ITRAK 365 subscription fees for the first three (3) new customer deals closed in that year. Beginning with the fourth (4th) deal closed in the same Program Year, the margin increases to 30%. Deal counts reset at the start of each Program Year, and do not carry over.
A program-level cap of $25,000 per new customer applies to all co-sell incentives, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
