I agree to waive our rights for any claims of liability against Sutton/Wilmot Baseball League or its representatives for injuries that occur during this activity, including but not limited to games, practices and transportation. In the event of injury, I give my permission to Sutton/Wilmot Baseball League or its representatives to secure medical treatment for my child listed above. I futher agree that you may photograph my child during the season and that you retain the rights to use these visual images in any manner you wish, including on the Sutton/Wilmot Baseball website without compensation to my child.

Important Information:

Major games are Monday (6:00 pm), Wednesday (6:00 pm), and Saturday (1:00 pm).

Minor games are Tuesday (6:00 pm) and Saturday (3:30 pm).

Rookie games are Thursday (6:00 pm) and Saturday (10:00 am).

T-ball games are Saturday (8:00 am).

Practices will be determined by the coaches and field availability.

Sutton/Wilmot Baseball League utilizes both the Sutton Athletic Field and Wilmot Baseball Field for practices and home games. Subject to change
