Thank you for choosing pay by check for the SVWC/IWT 2026 Touranments. We ask you to do the following for pay by check:
Please print out a copy of the email that you will receive once you complete this form. When you mail in a check, please include a copy of this with your check. This will aid us in getting you properly signed up for the correct items.
Checks must be received to the club no later than 1 day prior to the tournament. Please allow for mail processing time when mailing checks. If you are worried about payment not being recieved in time, you may pay in person at Hennepin Marine during normal store hours or use our online payment option as well.
Team numbers are determined by when we receive your PAYMENT, not your application. If 2 teams sign up the same time and one team pays online, they will have the lower team number.
