PARTICIPANTS, BY THE SIGING OF THIS FORM WITH YOUR TYPED NAME BELOW YOU AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS ANY WESTBY AREA HISTORICAL SOCIETY OFFICER, DIRECTOR, MEMBER, REPRESENTATIVE AND/OR ANYONE ELSE CONNECTED WITH THE PRESENTATION OF THE SWEET RIDES AND SWEET PIES AUTO SHOW OR TRACTOR RIDE FROM ANY CLAIMS WHATSOEVER THAT MAY BE SUFFERED BY ANY ENTRANT TO HIS/HER PERSON OR PROPERTY. ENTRANT MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.
IF ENTRANT IS UNDER THE AGE OF 18, A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN MUST SIGN.
