Required Deposit:
I do require all new clients to pay a deposit to secure your spot in my schedule ($50 for color, $25 for haircuts). This deposit is non-refundable, but that amount is deducted from your final total on the day of your appointment. I accept these deposits via the booking confirmation link that will be texted to you.
If you need to reschedule, your deposit will go toward the new appointment you have made. This is allowed one time. Your deposit will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation; I will always recommend rescheduling or changing your service instead of cancelling.
Late Cancellation/No-Show Policy:
* At least 24 hour notice must be given to cancel or reschedule your appointment. After that, your deposit will be forfeit, and you will be required to pay a new deposit to reschedule.
* No-shows are not tolerated. Your deposit will be instantly forfeit, and you will be required to pay a new deposit to reschedule.
* I have a 15 minute grace period; if you arrive any later than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment, we will need to cancel and reschedule your appointment. In this case, your deposit will be forfeit and you will be required to pay a new deposit to secure a new spot. This is to ensure that I have ample time to take every necessary step to create your color.
Redos/Refunds
Please be aware that I do not offer refunds for any services rendered in the salon. If there is something that needs to be adjusted after your color appointment, please reach out to me within one week after your appointment so we can amend that for you!
