Positive reinforcement means we will be giving treats throughout the session. Bring lots of HIGH VALUE treats for your dog, preferably in a fanny pack or pouch for easy access. High value essentially means meat is the first ingredient. Bring more treats than you think you'll use. If your dog has a sensitive stomach or a low food drive, feed half of breakfast the morning of, and feed dinner after class rather than before.

I understand that I am responsible for controlling my dog. On leash greetings are prohibited and I will make sure my dog at least 6 feet away from other dogs at all times. I will make sure my dogs harness/ leash are tight enough so my dog can't elope. I will bring my dog on a static leash rather than a retractable leash for better control. Dogs on e-collars or prong collars will be asked to switch to a provided slip lead before attending since these tools won't be used alongside positive reinforcement.

I am responsible for bringing a water bowl for my dog as a precaution against illness spread via shared bowls. Water will be provided however bowls will not be. Bowls are available for purchase in our store, and we will provide an area to dump water after class.
