Compensation will be offered at Fair Market Value ( FMV )
Compensation will be for bonafide advisory or expert insight
Compensation is not tied to product use, purchase behavior, or clinical preference
Participation will require a separate consulting agreement
Activities will comply with AKS, Stark, Sunshine Act, and relevant global regulations
