    This event will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2024 in Downtown Jacksonville and will be attended by several established and growing businesses, community organizations and leaders.

  • Important Information 

    Event begins at 12:30pm on Saturday, March 16, 2024. Booth setup begins at 10:30am. Booths must be completed no later than 12:15pm. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths.

    Before applying for your space at the ReFresh Forum seminar, please take note of vending requirements:
    1. Vendors may purchase a single space which includes (1) 6ft table and (2) chairs with table linen.
    2. All tables will be assigned by Tailor Made Events & Consulting staff and we will do our best not toplace similar vendors next to each other. This is not a guarantee
    3.. We expect all vendors to promote this event to the best of their ability in person, email blast, online and on all their social media platforms using the #ReFreshForum24 hashtag,
    4. All vendors must comply with local, state, and county regulations.
    5. Vendor spaces must be appropriate for General public, Free from profanity, nudity, sexually explicit and violent content.
    6. All banners and signs must be Free Standing. Some spaces may be near electrical outlets but outlets are not guaranteed.
    7. We request all vendors donate a gift at least $25 in retail value to be raffled at the event.

    Please be advised that all vendors Hold Harmless Tailor Made Events & Consulting and all entities the Seminar Vendor event has agreements with from and against any claims and demands whether personal injury, damage to property, loss of life arising from use of premises by vendor. Any action brought against any of the aforementioned entities shall be at the vendors own expense.

    Any violation of the Vendor Requirements will result in dismissal from the event without refund.

    Space is limited and vendors selected  will receive an email confirmation. There is no promise or guarantee of event sales and attendance.
