Please accept this letter as formal notice that I, the Lead Passenger will be cancelling its Travel Agency Service agreement with your organization effective immediately. We appreciate the services your company has provided to date and kindly request your cooperation during this time.
I understand and honour the Cancellation Agreement made between us during the Quoting and Booking phase.
If you are cancelling due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, procedures are in place to ensure your security on purchases. Please be aware, that most suppliers at this time are offering vouchers and not issuing refunds. This is so businesses don't go into bankruptcy.
We strongly encourage you to re-book your trip once this pandemic has ceased to support a healthy economy moving forward.
Cancellation Procedures can take up to 7-14 working days to be processed with Suppliers and may take an extended period to issue refunds where due according to your individual contract.
*If you have purchased Travel Insurance through another company not issued through Take Me Tori Travel Consultancy such as "Go Travel Insurance" or "Cover more Travel Insurance", you need to get in touch with them regarding your coverage and your entitlements as soon as possible.
