Partnership Agreement / اتفاقية الشراكة

By submitting this form, the business agrees to provide the exclusive discounts and offers listed above to eligible Afieh members, subject to the stated conditions.

Participation in Afieh is free of charge, with no registration fees or commissions. Any complimentary access provided to the business’s employees remains valid only while this collaboration is active.

Either party may end this agreement at any time by notifying the other party in writing, including by email or WhatsApp. Upon termination, the business’s offers will be removed from Afieh and any complimentary access granted to its employees under this collaboration will end.

بتقديم هذا النموذج، توافق المنشأة على تقديم الخصومات والعروض الحصرية المذكورة أعلاه لأعضاء عفية المؤهلين، وفقاً للشروط المحددة.

المشاركة في عفية مجانية، دون رسوم تسجيل أو عمولات. ويظل أي اشتراك مجاني يُمنح لموظفي المنشأة سارياً طوال فترة التعاون فقط.

يجوز لأي من الطرفين إنهاء هذه الاتفاقية في أي وقت بإشعار الطرف الآخر خطياً، بما في ذلك عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الواتساب. عند إنهاء الاتفاقية، تُزال عروض المنشأة من عفية، وتُلغى أي اشتراكات مجانية مُنحت لموظفيها بموجب هذا التعاون.
