PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTINUING: In order to help me streamline the booking process please fill out any relevant information I may need for your appointment below. If there is a question you do not understand or are not sure how to answer, give a best guess. Once you have submitted your form you will be automatically put onto a waitlist for a potential appointment offer. Not all requests are guaranteed a reply, however I do my best to get to everyone. Priority goes to larger projects and themes that I enjoy (nature, whimsical/magical, etc), while small tattoos are typically answered last, as they are used to fill gaps in my day. Otherwise everyone else is answered chronologically in order of when you submit your form. You should get a reply from me in 1-4 weeks. Once we choose a date together you will be prompted to finalize your booking by paying a deposit through Acuity Scheduling.
I am currently booking Nov & Dec 2025 appointments only. Please do not submit a form if you are looking for dates later in the year. I will post to social media when I open further months.

If you are wanting to book for 2 people or more, only one person needs to fill out the form. Group bookings are a maximum of 4-6 people in a single booking. There is a spot below to include everyone's names, date of birth, & tattoos.

A photo is only required if I will be working around other tattoos or covering scar tissue. Please take your photo in a well lit area. For photos working around other existing tattoos: do not take it as a selfie. Please take the photo either with a friend helping, a tripod, or prop your phone on a surface and use the timer to take a photo of the area with your body in a neutral position.
Tattoo Size *
Measure in inches. If you are unsure about measurements you can do the following: for small sizes use objects such as "toonie-sized," for medium sizes use your hand for reference using your palm or whole hand as examples, such as “palm-sized” or “whole hand sized." For bigger options you can use "half-sleeve", or "full-sleeve" for arms/legs etc

Please describe the tattoo you would like. Note that I do NOT do tattoo cover-ups, only reworking/add-ons to existing tattoos and scar cover-ups. For group bookings, please indicate if you are all getting the same tattoo or different. If different, please list each person's name and a short description of what they would like.*
There is an area below to attach reference photos. Please also include in your description what you do and don't like in your photos.
If you would like text or script in your tattoo, please find a font on www.dafont.com, list it below, and what the exact wording will be (this is NOT for tattoos of loved ones handwriting. For these tattoos please just attach a photo of the handwriting you want). If you are not sure yet you can leave this blank, but please have a font selected at minimum 72h before your appointment.
Please note for any script in another language, I am unable to redesign or translate seeing as I can only read and write in English. Please make sure if it’s in another language that the spelling and script is correct.
Reference 1*

Please attach at least one inspiration photo of what you’re wanting done. Please note I will never copy a reference photo, I will always make you a custom version. These photos are only used to give me a better idea of what you want. The more photos you attach the easier it is for me to visualize what you want. If you are getting someone's handwriting please upload an image of the writing you want done. Please also use the description area above to tell me what you like and dislike about the tattoo pictures, if anything.

Note that evening and weekend availability is limited and always first to fill up, so please understand that if these appointments are no longer available you must be open to a day-time weekday slot. If you submit a form with only evenings & weekends selected or leave a comment saying you can only do weekends/evenings, your form will not be answered.

I will be attending two tattoo expos: Sept 26-28 in Niagara and Oct 24-26 in Pickering. If you would like to book an appointment to attend at the expo, please indicate in the comments below.
If you are looking for a specific date, please list below those dates so I can try to accommodate you, however this is not guaranteed depending on availability. Keep in mind my schedule is Sunday-Thursday only. If you selected "evening" from the above time choices, please list the earliest time you can make it for an appointment here.
For couple & group bookings: Names & birth dates of others attending (everyone must be 18+).
