The USTA Texas Community Tennis Awards program recognizes applicants who portray excellence in their community by promoting the game of tennis both on- and off-the-court.
Use this application to nominate an organization or program for the following:
*CTA of the Year: This award is available to all Texas Community Tennis Associations. The CTA must be in good standing with USTA Texas and demonstrate a dedication to growing tennis within their communities.
*NJTL Chapter of the Year: This award is presented to the USTA Texas NJTL chapter that showed an exemplary commitment to the sport through tennis, educational programming, and community partnerships.
Partner Organization of the Year: This award is presented to an organization that has helped support or promotes the game of tennis. The award is available to partners of our tennis community. Examples: CVBs, Boys & Girls Clubs, Parks and Recreation, Youth Sports organizations, and etc.
Youth Excellence Program of the Year: This award is presented to a facility or program that has offered and supported outstanding youth tennis programs to players in their community in an effort to follow the Youth Tennis pathway and 10-and-Under guidelines. This may include in- and out-of-school opportunities such as Net Generation, School Tennis, 10U programs, NJTL, Junior Team Tennis, and/or Play Days.
*These award winners become USTA Texas candidates for USTA National awards.
