    Aside from gorgeous hair, I'd love to blow you away with the best hair care services that you have ever received! Naturally, I want you to be happy with your first session, however, I would also love to establish and build a beautiful long-lasting relationship! In order to do so, I would like to learn more about YOU, your haircare needs and personal preferences.     Hair care routines and rituals can directly impact the longevity of the color and treatments that are performed! It is critical that you understand how to care for your hair if you wish to maintain results that you will be happy with! Let's talk hair care routine!
  • *Please be sure to come into the salon with dry semi-clean (manageable hair) so that I can work quickly and efficiently through your hair color application. If you have excessive oil and product build up- I reccomend washing (gently) prior to your session to achieve best coloring results.

  • Cancellation Policy:


    Your appointment is very important to me; That time is reserved especially for you! It is understandable that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; I respectfully request 48 hour notice to reschedule or cancel any appointments. Please understand that when you cancel without notice I miss the opportunity to fill that spot and other clients miss the opportunity to receive services. This policy allows me the time to inform all stand-by guests of any last minute availability.

    Appointments are confirmed in advance via automated text messaging or email as a courtesy to you. Appointments cancelled with less than 48-hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee and/or will require a non-refundable deposit upon rebooking- as both your time and mine are very valuable to me.

  • *I understand that this is a general consultation intake form designed so that my stylist can help me choose which New Guest Service option that I'm best suited for, to make sure the appropriate amount of time is booked and to help my stylist best prepare for my session.

    I understand that if I desire a more thorough explanation of the coloring process, or a detailed analysis of my current hair, I will need to schedule an in-person consultation.

    I understand that by submitting this form it does not guarantee that my goal hair can be achieved in one session. This will be determined in person based on the amount of time booked, density/length of my hair, my color history, as well as my time and monetary budget.

    I understand that the average investment of color sessions range from $195 - $500 depending on my service choice and can expect to be in the chair for 2 - 4 hours.

    Maintenance color appointments will depend on my current hair, goal hair, required upkeep, and are generally booked for less time with less monetary investment.

    LTdesigns does NOT issue refunds for services. Payment collected at the end of a session is the agreed cost of product and time/labor. I pride myself on providing exceptional service and customer care from start to finish, however, should you find yourself unhappy with the services you have received or have any questions please notify me within 48 hours. At that time, we will set up a day/time to meet in person so I can visually inspect and make any necessary adjustments.
