  • Accommodation Information

  • Attendees are able to stay either on-site at the Morgan's Wonderland Camp facility or off-site at a hotel.

    Onsite:

Here is a link to the facilities available for an on-site stay. Each party will stay in their own bunkhouse with their own bathroom. Each bunk house has 8 bunk beds with a max capacity of 16 people, but if your party consists of fewer than 16, you will have empty bunks and no other family will be added to your room. There is limited availability of bunk houses to stay on-site. Cost for on-site stay is $120 per person.

    Offsite:

We have set up a hotel block at the Holiday Inn San Antonio N-Stone Oak. Here is a link to view this hotel's information and reserve your room. Approximately a 15-minute drive from the venue, and we do not provide transportation. Rooms included in the block rate have 2 queen beds or one king. Choosing to stay at this location with the room block rate will cost $146.32 per night after taxes.

If you have questions about these options, please email our Community and Research Engagement Manager at kit@tbrsyndrome.org.

  • Special considerations for you and your party at the Summit

  • Morgan's Wonderland Camp would like us to share that the property is a smoke-free facility. We ask that you please respect these rules and treat the property with kindness, so we may be invited back in the future!

  • TBRS Biorepository

  • At the Summit, there will be the opportunity to donate to the TBRS Community Biorepository. The Biorepository is a collection of samples (like blood, urine, or cheek swabs) from TBRS patients and families that can be used for research. The goal of the Biorepository is to reduce the burden on patients of sample donation by housing samples in one, central location.

Researchers will be required to submit an application to access samples from the Biorepository, which will undergo extensive review prior to acceptance. Researchers must promise not to attempt to identify samples, to protect the rights of the diagnosed individual.

If you have any questions about the Biorepository, please email our Community and Research Engagement Manager at kit@tbrsyndrome.org

  • Volunteer Opportunities

  • Donations

  • By giving to the 2026 TBRS Summit Fund, you are directly helping families affected by Tatton Brown Rahman Syndrome take part in this life-changing event.

Your donation will make it possible for families who otherwise could not attend to join the Summit, where they gain vital support and connect with others who truly understand their journey.

Contributions will also help us keep the Summit affordable for all participants, ensuring that no family is left behind. Together, let's learn from leading researchers and clinicians.

Together, we can create an inclusive and supportive gathering that strengthens our community and drives forward the progress families so urgently need.
