As a student in this class, I understand that:
1. I am responsible for my own learning and success in this class.
2. I have the ability to control my effort and attitude towards this class.
3. The more effort and work I put into this class, the more I will get out of it.
4. Participation is expected and seek help when needed.
Therefore, I agree to:
1. Attend one class each week and arrive on time.
2. Book must be brought to class and step completed BEFORE class starts.
3. Your face must be visible during the ENTIRE CLASS.
4. Must follow all rules and regulations of TCAE and Collin County CSCD.
5. Maintain a positive attitude towards learning and growth.
6. Abstain from all mind altering chemicals (which includes alcohol) while enrolled in this class.
7. Must be reading the book along with filling out entire step completely. Step must be paid for before starting the next step. There are 12 steps and each step is $25.
8. What is said in group, stays in group.
9. Must be alone for class to respect everyone's privacy.
10. There is a $30 fee to rejoin. You will be discharged if miss two weeks in a row.
11. GRADUATION REQUIREMENT: To graduate, you must attend the final class in person, have your workbook completely filled out and complete your testimony in class. to receive your certificate.
