Refund Policy: All purchases, deposits and monies paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. In case the event is posponed or rescheduled, then all monies recieved will be held in credit until event occurs.

We may use these materials to showcase our event and highlight the experiences of our attendees and participants. Please note that we will not sell or distribute these materials to any third parties. If you have any concerns or objections to the use of your image or likeness in our marketing materials, please notify us in writing prior to the event.
