(hereinafter Owner), hereby grants to TC Wireless, Inc. 1568 S 1000 Rd, Council
Grove, Kansas 66846 (hereinafter TCW) and its respective subsidiaries and affiliates, permission to access, enter upon, excavate for and install fiber optic cable to the Premises. The Property will be made available to TCW as needed until
completion. Owner also grants TCW permission for future access as needed for replacement and maintenance of the fiber optic cable and associated equipment.
TCW may place all necessary facilities and equipment on the Property and will use reasonable care to prevent damage to said Property. TCW will comply with all Kansas Underground Utility Damage Prevention Act Practices, including notification with the Kansas One Call center.
