Position Overview
TCT Society is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Independent Cleaning Technicians to serve residential and commercial clients across Kansas. As part of our team of professional contractors, you’ll help create clean, comfortable, and welcoming environments for our customers.

Responsibilities
Perform standard and deep cleaning services, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, and surface polishing.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and client satisfaction.
Communicate clearly with clients and TCT Society regarding schedule, access, and service updates.
Manage your own cleaning supplies, tools, and transportation.
Operate safely and professionally while representing the TCT Society brand.

Pay Range
$17 – $20 per hour (based on experience, job type, and performance).

Requirements
Prior cleaning experience preferred.
Must provide your own cleaning equipment and reliable transportation.
Must be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and self-motivated.
Ability to manage your own schedule and complete jobs independently.

Contractor Classification
This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity. You are not an employee of TCT Society. Contractors supply their own cleaning tools and products, use your own transportation, and are responsible for your own taxes/insurance. TCT Society offers jobs; choose which jobs to accept. A valid W-9 is required prior to payment.
