Membership Cancellation Policy:
Memberships will automatically renew into an open-ended agreement at the end of term unless otherwise terminated. A 30-day notice is required for all contractual and open-ended agreements. If a membership is still under term, whichever is less, is due immediately at the time of request to cancel. To initiate the cancellation process, written notification of intent to cancel must be submitted and filled out in the club. Members may qualify for a cancellation waiver under the following circumstances:
- Medical: A substantial physical disability, certified by a physician, which makes it permanently impossible for the member to use the club’s services.
- Relocation: Permanent relocation to a residence over 20 miles from any club outlet, provided the club cannot arrange for the member’s use of another center with equivalent major facilities and services.
- Military: Presentation of Permanent Change of Station (PCS) orders.
The club may require presentation of information to substantiate that one of the qualifying circumstances has occurred. If all required documentation is not provided in a timely manner, the cancellation will be postponed until all necessary information is presented. This may result in an extension of the membership payment period.
Training Cancellation Policy:
Ongoing Cancellation Options After the Initial Period:
For Fixed-Term Agreements: If you wish to cancel a fixed-term training agreement before the end of the term, you may do so by paying a buyout fee of 50% of the remaining balance due on the contract. Once the buyout fee is paid, the agreement is considered canceled, and no further payments will be due.
For Open-Ended Agreements: A 30-day notice period is required to cancel any open-ended training agreement. Upon submitting a cancellation notice, clients must pay for the remaining payments scheduled within the notice period, during which they may continue to use any remaining funded sessions.
To start the cancellation process, please submit a written notification of intent to cancel and complete any required forms in the CLUB.
Waiver-Eligible Cancellation: Under certain circumstances, clients may qualify for an immediate cancellation waiver:
- Medical: If a certified physician confirms a substantial, permanent disability that makes it impossible for you to use the CLUB’s services.
- Relocation: If you permanently relocate more than 20 miles from any CLUB location and there is no accessible location offering similar services.
- Military: If you present Permanent Change of Station (PCS) orders.
The CLUB may require proof to validate one of the above circumstances. If documentation is delayed, the cancellation process will be postponed until all required information is provided, possibly extending the payment period under the training agreement.
