    If you are experiencing issues with your hardware and need a replacement, please complete the following form in its entirety.

  • Please note: You may be charged for replacements if the damage to your item(s) are not due to manufacturers defects. iPads covered under AppleCare are still subject to a $50 accidental damage replacement fee.

    We will contact you if more information is needed, or if you will incur charges due to a replacement BEFORE issuing a replacement item.
