Eligibility RequirementsThe applicant must: • Be an African American high school senior;• Be a Philadelphia resident;• Have an SAT score of at least 1,000 and/or ACT score of at least 15;• Have a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale);• Demonstrate voluntary public service or employment experience; and• Apply to an accredited two- or four‐year college or university

Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated is a private, not-for-profit organization whose purpose is to provide assistance and support through established programs in local communities throughout the world.
