  • Expression of Interest

  • The undersigned organization expresses interest in exploring how PAWE may benefit the Center’s residents. This includes facilitating access to information about PAWE, encouraging residents to consider its use, and providing feedback on its potential impact on mobility and independence for wheelchair users.

    The Center acknowledges that this LOI serves as a non-binding expression of interest and does not constitute a commitment to purchase. Any future agreements will depend on the product’s availability, satisfaction of requirements, and mutual consent between the parties.

  • Consent for Consolidation

  • By signing this document, the Center agree to the following:

    1. Inclusion in a Consolidated Document:

    The information provided in this Letter of Intent may be included in a consolidated document with othersignatories for submission as part of a grant application or similar purposes

    2. Privacy and Confidentiality:

    The Center’s information will only be used for demonstrating interest in PAWE for funding opportunitiesand will remain confidential. It will not be shared for other purposes without the Center’s consent.

    3. Right to Withdraw

    The Center may request the removal of its information from the consolidated document before itssubmission by contacting info@technotonin.com
