Join us in bringing the Telford Night Market to life! Telford Happenings is proud to host this weekly, family-friendly event every Wednesday 5:30 - 8:30pm from May 27 through August 26, 2026 at the David S. Snook Community Building (125 South Hamilton Street, Telford, PA).
The Night Market is a vibrant community gathering filled with local vendors, food trucks, live music, kids’ activities, and special events—and we couldn’t do it without our amazing volunteers.
Volunteers can sign up to help with event setup (4:00–5:30pm), parking support (5:00–7:00pm), or assist with our bingo nights, including bingo support (5:00–8:00pm) and bingo runner (5:00–7:00pm). Bingo takes place every other week on the following dates: June 3, June 17, July 1, July 15, July 29, August 12, and August 26.

Weekly Volunteer Roles
Event Set-Up | 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM | 2-3 Volunteers
- Check-in Person
- Vendor check-in
- Musician check-in
- Map volunteer - direct vendors to spaces (1-2 volunteers)
- Set-Up Person
- Assist vendors to unload and setup
- Help cars unload quickly and leave event area
Bingo Runner | 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM | 1 Volunteers
- Take food orders and deliver inside bingo area
Parking Support | 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM | 1-4 Volunteers (at least 4 for the first 5 nights)
- Parking Lot Attendant
- Stay at Church parking lot entrance and direct guests to lot
- Help guests find parking in area
- Stand at high traffic corners and direct people to Night Market parking
Event Take Down | 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM | 1-2 Volunteers
- Help vendors pack up
- Remove signage
- Clean event area
