  •  DID YOU KNOW? Gelato is made with more milk compared to ice cream...that means that gelato has lower fat content! Yay! :D

     DID YOU KNOW? Your usual freezer temperature (~-18C) is too cold for storing gelato (~-15C). So before diving into your gelato, let it soften slightly at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes to bring out its authentic flavours and creamy texture! :D
