Players wishing to enter the tournament should complete this form and submit by Monday 18th May All players MUST submit one entry form EACH.

Entry Fee 
£10 per player (£20 per pair)

Rules
The Tournament will be played in accordance with the T&RA Laws of Rackets and the T&RA Rackets Tournament Rules and Procedures. Players must be full members of the T&RA (excluding associates) or the RPA.

Pairs must be made up of players from the same school.
