Each vendor that is approved will be allocated a 10x10 space within the vendor assigned areas. Allocations for the location of your booth will be generated randomly. If you partner with another vendor and would like your spots to be together, please communicate that with your application in the notes.

You will be required to bring your own tables, chairs and tent. All set up and tear down is the vendor responsibility. All vendors are responsible for their own tax collection at the event. Power will be available but limited so plan to be sparing.

Vendors must not step out of their booth to approach patrons or be overly agressive with sales tactics.

    Fees:

The cost for the 2026 2-day festival is $100 per vendor space for 1 day, $150 for 2 days. If you are approved all fees need to be paid to secure your space.
