Are you prepared to maintain your extensions with reinstall appointments every 6-10 weeks with the cost between $150.00 & $225.00 per row depending on your stylist. For these appointments you must come with clean dry hair. If you wish to schedule a shampoo blow out this must be scheduled in advance and prior to your reinstall appointment with an additional $55.00 for one row, $65.00 for two rows, $75.00 for three rows* This field is required.This appointment does not include color.

Which type of consultation would you prefer?We have the ability to do virtual FaceTime consults if you live outside of the Milledgeville Ga area, as well as in person consultations. All consultations are $30 for 30 minutes.

Policies* This field is required.Extension Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total investment of your new extension installation will be collected once you decide to move forward. This is a NON- REFUNDABLE deposit, but goes towards your total investment. This deposit secures your extension hair and your install day. The remaining balance will be due the day of your install. Cancellation Policy: We understand that things can come up. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify us no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any appointment not cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled date and time falls under our cancellation policy protocol. Failure to notify in time will incur a cancellation fee and you will be charged a fee of $250.00 before making a new appointment. If you have any questions regarding this policy please communicate them before committing to an appointment. Late Arrival Policy: In efforts to keep everyone's schedule moving somewhat according to plan, we enforce a 15 minute tardy policy. If you will be over 15 minutes behind to your scheduled start time, I may be able to get most of your services done but you will sacrifice the blowout/styling time. I may respectfully ask you to reschedule which will result in a cancellation fee required to rebook. Service Adjustment Policy: Your satisfaction is the highest priority. If you are in need of an adjustment, please let us know within 48 hours of your service, and (within reasonable limits) we will do everything we can to adjust the finished product to your liking. If requests are made to adjust your service more than one week removed from your original service, we are more than happy to make any changes needed, however, the adjustment service will be scheduled and charged as a new appointment. Product Return Policy: No returns or exchanges will be made. If you feel your product is not the norm, please contact the salon and bring the product in for evaluation. Salon Etiquette: Discriminatory/Derogatory statements and actions are prohibited in the salon and will not be tolerated. Artistry Salon and staff have the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service. Confidentiality and Privacy: Every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your stylist will remain confidential. Client information and email lists are confidential and will not be sold or shared with outside companies.
