1. Introduction
This form is for requesting a reduction in the number of guests in an existing reservation.
• This form does not accept requests to increase guest numbers.
If you wish to add guests, please make a separate booking through the reservation platform. If no availability is shown, it means no additional seats are available.
• This form is not influenced by the reason for your change.
All guest reductions are handled in accordance with TEWATASHI’s official cancellation policy.

3. Cancellation Policy Overview
• Guest number reductions are subject to our standard cancellation policy.
• If your request is submitted more than 24 hours before your reservation time, and we are able to rebook the released seat before business hours on the day of your reservation, the cancellation fee may be waived.
• If the seat is not rebooked, or if your request is submitted within 24 hours, the full course fee for the cancelled guest will be charged.
• Submitting this form does not override or alter our cancellation policy.

4. Acknowledgement
Please select the reason for your cancellation.

5. Dish Adjustment Option (Optional)
If a cancellation fee is charged, we offer the option to serve the full course count and distribute the dishes among the remaining guests.
