Note: Please pay close attention to your text and email notifications starting the day after you place your order as sometimes pharmacies ship faster than advertised. We also recommend checking your delivery location daily. You are responsible for either retrieving your mediсation order from the delivery location promptly or arranging for delivery to a climate-controlled location to maintain safe temperature. TOM does not replace orders that were left outdoors for extended periods of time. If you live in the DFW area, pickup can be arranged at the Drug Crafters Pharmacy facility at 5680 Frisco Square Blvd #1100, Frisco, TX 75034.

Membership is only available for qualified patients. Decisions on prescriptions can only be made after consultation between you (the patient) and a licensed prescriber. Texas Obesity Medicine PLLC d/b/a TOM Weight Loss uses Square for payment collection and Square maintains sole responsibility for billing and payment collections. TOM Weight Loss does not directly sell or supply medications; we only help facilitate delivery between pharmacies and patients. Delivery times depend on each pharmacy’s operations and supply. By placing an order, you agree to waive any claims for damages resulting from the pharmacy’s (and any of its directors, officers, employees, or contractors) actions (whether negligent, reckless, or intentional) and release Texas Obesity Medicine, PLLC (including its ownership, employees, assigns, and members) from liability for those actions.
