• Sponsorships are for the 2026 TXSR Cars & Coffee season.
• Logos will be printed once per season and cannot be changed mid-year.
• Shirt logo size and placement are not guaranteed and are subject to final artwork layout.
• Category exclusivity applies only to Title and Platinum sponsors.
• Sponsor badges are non-transferable and must be displayed to access sponsor/vendor areas.
• Booth space must be confirmed at least 5 days before each event.
• Sponsorship fees are non-refundable
• Deadline for the 2026 C&C shirt is December 31, 2025.
