⚖ Texas Stock Rally Vendor Agreement & Liability Disclaimer
Vendor agrees to hold harmless Texas Stock Rally, its organizers, staff, and venue owners from any and all claims, damages, or injuries that may occur before, during, or after the event.

Vendors are responsible for carrying their own liability insurance. No power or water will be provided. Generators must be whisper-quiet and safely positioned with a working fire extinguisher on site.

All tents must be properly weighted down and secured - staking into the pavement is not allowed. Any vendor without proper tent weights may be asked to remove or lower their canopy for safety.

All vendors must be fully set up no later than 30 minutes before the event start time. Early breakdowns are not permitted. Vendor fees are non-refundable.

In the event of weather cancellations, a credit will be applied toward participation in the next Texas Stock Rally Cars & Coffee or related TXSR event.
