The1Center.org Host an Event Reservation Form

NOTE: Please provide in the notes section below details of your event, i.e. times, desires etc. Please provide at least 72 hours notice for any event. Someone will get back with you after scheduling an event usally within 24 hours. Please call us if this does not happen within 24 hours of submitting your reservation.  T1C Reserves the Right to Cancel A Reservation Due to Circumstances Beyond its Control.

F&F ~ Friends and Family refers to the fact you already have an ongoing business relationship with T1C.   Please inquire as to how you can become apart of the T1C F&F Network!

The following is an implied agreement between T1C and the Event Presenter

T1C shall be responsible for
     Providing a clean pleasent space for the Event Presenter

 The Event Presenter is responsible for  

     Good care of the facalitie returning it in as good if not better condition of
     it was recived.  This means cleaning up after all Participants etc.      
     Sharing contact information of all attendies directly after the event
     Equally responsible for promoting The Event
     Providing promotional material formated in digital format with a link so T1C
     may promote your event to its list of contacts
     Event Presenters are encoraged to handle their own ticket sales
     Being current on all insurances policies in runing their business.

It is further agreed that regardless of the number of attendies, the offering of the Presenter shall hold.  In otherwords, unless there are circumstances such as death etc., the show must go on.  If T1C deems that the Presenter did not have ample reason to not show up, the presenter will be responsible for a NO Show FEE of 99.00 as well as being responsible for refunding all monies received on bealf of the event to the ticket holders.  T1C events are not refundable
