RENTAL
CONDITIONS & RETURN:
I received the rented articles in Good condition, assume full responsibility
for their damage and loss, agree that all articles must be returned in good condition before the earlier of the MONDAY following the event date on or the first business day after my use.
A $50.00 per day late fee will be charged for each day kept past due.
The Tux Guys assumes no responsibility for personal items left in the rental tuxedo.
I agree to pay for the cost of a new tuxedo, related articles, attorney’s fees
and cost should the articles be damaged or should this contract be referred for collection.
CANCELLATION FEES:
I agree to pay $50.00 up to and including 10 days before the morning of the event: $100.00 between the 10 and 5th day before the event. NO CANCELLATIONS ACCEPTED THEREAFTER, FULL PAYMENT DUE.
DAMAGE WAIVER FEE:
Customer shall pay a mandatory and non-refundable $15 damage waiver fee at the time of rental, which relieves the customer of liability for minor damage to the rental garments, including but not limited to small rips, stains, loss of buttons. The damage waiver fee does not cover intentional or nonintentional excessive damage or replacement costs. Lost items are not covered by the damage waiver fee.
OTHER:
We require an in-store final fitting prior to use. Customers declining this fitting assume full responsibility.
The customer further agrees that all charges assessed against the customer in connection with this rental agreement, including but not limited to charges described above for late return of damages to or loss of rental apparel, may be charged against the credit card account Indicated below, or credit card used to pay rental charges.
