There are two ways to do this...
1. BE THOROUGH Grab a notebook (this will be your taskmaster notebook**). Over the next few weeks, keep your taskmaster notebook handy. As you perform the key tasks required to effectively run your business, write down each task you do. Once you feel like you've covered everything, come back to use the Delegation tool. or
2. GET IT DONE NOW Stop everything for an hour. Think about your business. Think of the key tasks you do daily/on a regular basis. Write down each task.
*Write down how long it takes you to complete each task.
