ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Consultation and Trial run Consultation communication will be via email, phone, or in person. We would like to have a consultation prior to your event so we know what to expect on your big day. Inspiration photos from any media source will help me tremendously. Trial run will take place at my luxury salon suite in Burnsville. It’s very important to offer you a visual of what you will look like on your big day. This will benefit us so there will be no big surprises or tears on your big day. Wedding Day Logistics It’s very important to maintain a tight schedule on your big day. You can count on me to be at the venue on time, set up and ready. It’s critical that the bride communicates with the wedding party the importance of being on time and properly prepared. Requirements for the Bride/Bridal Party ∙ First appointment must show up 15 mins prior to assignedappointment time. No specific time frames will be given after the first appointment. All services will beperformed back to back. ∙ It is very important to wear a button down shirt, zip-up sweatshirt or a robe to your appointment. This way the shirt can be removed without damaging or ruining your hair. I will have four robes available for bridesmaids to use and one for the Bride. ∙ All must arrive with their hair clean and DRY. There are no shampoo bowls OR BLOWDRYERS in the trailer. Next day “dirty” hair is the best, however no morethan one day “dirty” hair is suggested. ∙ Refunds will not be issued for cancellations, late arrivals or no shows. ∙ I will not be liable for any injuries that occur in the trailer. Trailer logistics Damages sustained by the party may be charged up to $250. This Includes damages incurred by the party such as stains, scratches, rips/tears, broken glass, etc. There must be a designated space reserved for the trailer at the Venue. We require at least 25’x 10’ of flat, stable and easily accessible space for the trailer. We can deem the parking condition unfit to provide service in which a backup space should be provided.
