Sponsorship Opportunity

Sponsorship puts your brand in front of an engaged local audience and supports community arts.

Pick the level that fits:

Bronze – $100: Logo on shared banner + 1 event shout out + social thank-you + a created for you video shared on social media prior to the event
Silver – $250 Medium logo on materials + 2 shout outs + business will be listed in the vendor packet + done for you video
Gold – $500: Large logo on promos + 3 shout  outs + “Powered by [Your Biz]” segment + Business will be displayed and looped in digital format + done for you video

Vending Opportunity

This an outdoor vending opportunity where the only thing that will be supplied is the MarketPlace opportunity to set up and offer your product/services.

There is a power available on a limit availability.  

You must provide everything you need for this opportunity.

There are two spaces available that can be used as tables, you will just need to provde an appropriate covering for the space if desired.

Important Event Information

Event begins at 6 pm ends at 1000 PM. Booth setup begins at 5:00  Booths must be completed no later than 5:45 PM. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths

In case of event cancelation due to weather you will receive a credit for the next Hear My Voice Event.
