    OUTDOOR TENT VENDOR SPACES ON THE TURF GREEN 

    THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES A LARGE 8 X 10 TENT VENDOR SPACE ON THE BEAUTIFUL OUTDOOR TURF GREEN SPACE OF THE VENUE. VENDORS WILL BE ABLE TO BRING (1) 8 X 10 TENT AND UP TO (2) 6-FT LONG TABLES, AND (2) RETRACTABLE SIGNS. WE DO NOT PROVIDE TENTS, TABLES, TABLE LINEN OR CHAIRS FOR OUTDOOR VENDOR SPACES, SO VENDORS SELECTING THIS PARTICULAR LAYOUT WILL HAVE TO BRING THEIR OWN. ***TABLE LINEN IS REQUIRED FOR PARTICIPATION AND IT MUST BE MADE OUT OF CLOTH OR SPANEX. PLASTIC TABLE COVERINGS ARE NOT ALLOWED.***

THERE IS ROOM FOR ONE RETRACTABLE SIGN. ***PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT PROVIDE TABLE LINEN AND EACH VENDOR IS REQUIRED TO BRING THEIR OWN. TABLE LINEN IS REQUIRED FOR PARTICIPATION AND MUST BE MADE OUT OF CLOTH OR SPANEX. PLASTIC TABLE COVERINGS ARE NOT ALLOWED.***

    ELECTRICITY

    $25.00  

    To access electricity at the venue, there is a $25.00 electricity  charge per vendor. We do not provide extention cards and have a "limited number of spaces" near electrical outlets and will be determined based on availability. If you are in need of power, please include this fee in your grand total.

          SPECIAL EVENT INSURANCE COVERAGE

                                                                $99.99 

    This coverage is available to all vendors for only $99.99. Life happens and have the assurance and coverage that helps protect your investment in the event of an unforeseen emergency due to whatever reason you are unable to attend a show such as an illness, family emergency, an accident or any other unexpected event. By purchasing this added coverage, it will ensure you a space at our next scheduled show and you will not lose your fees due to our "no refund policy." ***Please note that you will be provided with advance notice of our next event  however, if we contact you and you are unable to attend, you will forfeit your full vendor fee including special event insurance fee.*** If you would like to purchase our special event insurance coverage, please include $50.00 to your grand total.       

                                             BAKER'S REQUIREMENTS

    YOU MUST HAVE A STATE OF GEORGIA FOOD LICENSE OR IF YOU BAKE WITHIN YOUR HOME, YOU MUST HAVE A GEORGIA COTTAGE FOOD LICENSE TO PARTICIPATE. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A COPY TO US PRIOR TO THE SHOW AND HAVE A COPY WITH YOU DURING THE SHOW. THIS IS REQUIRED FOR ANY FOOD INSPECTORS WHO MAY STOP BY. 

     ***COVID-19, YOUR SAFETY AND PROTECTION***

    Masks are not required to participate, however we take the health and safety of all our vendors, sponsors, guests and employees very seriously, so if you would like to wear a mask, please do so. 


  • The Atlanta Southeast Market reserves the right to decline or prohibit any vendor, exhibitor or proposed exhibit not approved by it and to permit only such matter and conduct as it may approve. This reservation covers persons, things, conduct, printed matter, advertisements, souvenirs and emblems, and all else that affects the event. Vendor cooperatively agree to the use of their image, likeness and brand in any show photos, videos, social media post and other print or promotional marketing material. The vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the sponsoring and operating organization, The Atlanta Southeast Market, its owners, officers, members, directors, volunteers and venues against any or all damages to property or personal injury and loss caused by the vendor or his agents, representatives, volunteers or any other person. Vendors and  Sponsors are encouraged to be fully vaccinated and to wear a face covering or mask around all vendors and guests, however, this is not required and they will assume complete responsibility and liability in the event of contracting an illness from COVID-19 or any other variant. Injury to any and all persons or property or in any way connected with the vendor and sponsor's display or caused by the Exhibitor, sponsor, his agents, representatives, or volunteers will be the complete responsibility of the vendor, exhibitor and sponsor. Vendor and sponsorship fees are Non-Refundable. If Exhibitor cancels for whatever reason, we have a "no refund policy" and they will forfeit their vendor registration fee unless they have purchased our Special Event Insurance Coverage. In this case, vendor will be notified of our next scheduled show however, if vendor is not able to participate in our next show when announced, they will forfeit their full vendor fee along with the event insurance fee. If the event is postponed or cancelled for any reason outside of our control, we will honor the vendor, exhibitor and sponsor at a future show date up to (12-months, one year) from the original event date. During that time if a vendor, exhibitor or sponsor is contacted with a new show date and they are unable to participate for whatever reason, he/she will forfeit their full vendor registration fee.

    The Atlanta Southeast Market was established in 2018. We offer  affordable and quality results driven retail popup shoppes.

    Our goal is to provide an environment for startups and small businesses network and market their products and services to consumers throughout the metropolitan Atlanta area.

    We book all vendors in accordance to our show policy which is on a first come, first serve basis based on catagory availabity.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to hold spots without vendor payment. 

    ***ONCE APPROVED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN ACCEPTANCE EMAIL ALONG WITH YOUR VENDOR FEE AMOUNT. DUE TO THE NUMBER OF OTHER INTERESTED VENDORS BEHIND YOU, WE ASK THAT YOU SUBMIT YOUR VENDOR REGISTRATION FEE WITHIN 48- BUSINESS HOURS FROM RECEIPT OF YOUR ACCEPTANCE EMAIL. WE ARE UNABLE TO HOLD SPOTS WITHOUT PAYMENT. PLEASE MAKE NOTE OF YOUR VENDOR PAYMENT AMOUNT AND OUR DISCLOSED TERMS & CONDITIONS.***

    SETTING UP LATE & LEAVING EARLY: 

    ***Vendors are asked to commit to the full 5-hours of the show. Vendors will not be allowed to setup after the designated setup time listed above and are asked not to start packing up until the show ends. If a vendor packs up early and leave, it makes the show and the vendor look unprofessional and the vendor will not be allowed to participate in future show. The vendor will also forfeit receiving the Guests Attend Leads list. If you know that you will not be able to commit to this, you are encouraged not to apply!***
