    presented by Atlanta Southeast Market

    (Due to the overwhelming expressed interest in this annual event and the limited number of spots available, spaces will not last and will fill up quickly. (This has traditionaly been a high traffic event over the years and we are expecting anywhere from 500-600 rsvp guests)  

    VENDOR SPACE PRICING & LAYOUTS:

    *Please note that spaces will be filled on a first come first serve basis with only a few vendors in each category.   

    LAYOUT A

    THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES A 6-FOOT LONG TABLE AND TWO CHAIRS WITHIN AN 8 X 10 VENDING SPACE.

    ***PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT PROVIDE TABLE COVERINGS AND THAT EACH VENDOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN. TABLE COVERINGS ARE REQUIRED FOR PARTICIPATION AND MUST BE OUT OF CLOTH OR SPANDEX. 

    *NO PLASTIC TABLE COVERINGS ARE ALLOWED!

    *This package also includes a complete Attendee List that will be emailed to each vendor 7-days after the show. This list will allow vendors to do some additional post show marketing for their  products and services.  

    LAYOUT B

    OUTDOOR MOBILE AND TENT VENDORS 

    ***LIMITED SPACES AVAILABLE FOR THIS LAYOUT OUTSIDE OF THE VENUE***

    INVESTMENT $150.00 

    *This package also includes a complete Attendee List that will be emailed to each vendor 7-days after the show. This list will allow vendors to do some additional marketing for their products and services.      

    ELECTRICITY

    $50.00  

    To access electricity at the venue, there is a $50.00 electricity  charge per vendor. We do not provide extention cards and have a "limited number of spaces" near electrical outlets and will be determined based on availability. If you are in need of power, please include this fee in your grand total. 

    NO SHOW REFUND POLICY

     Unfortunately, if you are unable to attend for any reason, vendor fee is "non refundable."  

                                            BAKER'S REQUIREMENTS

    YOU MUST HAVE A STATE OF GEORGIA FOOD LICENSE OR IF YOU BAKE WITHIN YOUR HOME, YOU MUST HAVE A GEORGIA COTTAGE FOOD LICENSE TO PARTICIPATE. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A COPY TO US PRIOR TO THE SHOW AND HAVE A COPY WITH YOU DURING THE SHOW. THIS IS REQUIRED FOR ANY FOOD INSPECTORS WHO MAY STOP BY.

  • The Atlanta Southeast Market reserves the right to decline or prohibit any vendor, exhibitor or proposed exhibit not approved by it and to permit only such matter and conduct as it may approve. This reservation covers persons, things, conduct, printed matter, advertisements, souvenirs and emblems, and all else that affects the event. Vendor cooperatively agree to the use of their image, likeness and brand in any show photos, videos, social media post and other print or promotional marketing material. The vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the sponsoring and operating organization, The Atlanta Southeast Market, its owners, officers, members, directors, volunteers and venues against any or all damages to property or personal injury and loss caused by the vendor or his agents, representatives, volunteers or any other person. Injury to any and all persons or property or in any way connected with the vendor and sponsor's display or caused by the Exhibitor, sponsor, his agents, representatives, or volunteers will be the complete responsibility of the vendor, exhibitor and sponsor. Vendor and sponsorship fees are Non-Refundable. If Exhibitor cancels for whatever reason, we have a "no refund policy" and they will forfeit their vendor registration fee. If the event is postponed or cancelled for any reason outside of our control, we will honor the vendor, exhibitor and sponsor at a future show date up to (12-months, one year) from the original event date. During that time if a vendor, exhibitor or sponsor is contacted with a new show date and they are unable to participate for whatever reason, he/she will forfeit their full vendor registration fee. Vendors are required to stay at the show for its full duration which is three hours. If a vendor packs up and leave early, they will forfeit receiving the attendees lead list and unfortunately will not be invited back to take part in future shows. If you are unable to stay the entire duration of the show, it is recommended that you bring an assistant who can cover during your time of absence.

    The Atlanta Southeast Market was established in 2018. We offer  affordable and quality results driven retail shoppes.

    Our goal is to provide an environment for startups and small businesses network and market their products and services to consumers throughout the metropolitan Atlanta area.

    We book all vendors in accordance to our show policy which is on a first come, first serve basis based on catagory availabity.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to hold spots without vendor payment. 

    ***ONCE APPROVED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN ACCEPTANCE EMAIL ALONG WITH YOUR VENDOR FEE AMOUNT. DUE TO OTHER INTERESTED VENDORS BEHIND YOU, WE ASK THAT YOU SUBMIT YOUR VENDOR REGISTRATION FEE WITHIN 48- BUSINESS HOURS FROM RECEIPT OF YOUR ACCEPTANCE EMAIL. WE ARE UNABLE TO HOLD SPOTS WITHOUT PAYMENT. PLEASE MAKE NOTE OF YOUR VENDOR PAYMENT AMOUNT AND OUR DISCLOSED TERMS & CONDITIONS.***

    Vendor Set-Up Time Starts: 7:00 AM 

    Vendor Set-Up Time Ends: 9:00 AM 

    Showtime: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

    Vendor Break Down/Clean Up: 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM 

    Setting Up Late & Leaving Early: 

    ***Vendors are asked to commit to the full 6-hours of the show. Vendors will not be allowed to setup after the designated setup time and are asked not to start packing up until the show ends. If you know that you will not be able to commit to this, you are encouraged not to apply!***
