Cancellation Policy;

This policy applies to all appointments.

- Deposits are non refundable.

- Services are non refundable.

- Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hrs are subject to a rebooking fee totaling 100% of the missed service.

- Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hrs are subject to a rebooking fee up to 50% of the missed service.

- All rebooking fees must be paid in full prior to rescheduling the missed appointment. The service is still provided at the original cost.

- Services for guests running late will be adapted to fit the remaining appointment time without a price adjustment. Guest running more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and a rebooking fee will be applied.
