TATTOO DESIGN INFORMATION

Be as descriptive as possible and attach multiple reference photos. These can be other tattoos, preferred styles, paintings, photos, color pallets, or anything that helps you convey your idea visually. While we will not copy another artist’s work, we use these reference photos to gain a better understanding of the tattoo that you want and then design a one of a kind piece, just for you.

Quiet Appointments
At The Ivy, we understand that not everyone wants to socialize while being tattooed. We now offer quiet appointments to ease the pressure of feeling the need fill the silence. Your artist will still give you a thorough consultation prior to starting the tattoo, and will periodically check-in to keep you briefed on the process, while you listen to music, watch TV, or just relax. Regardless of your reasons for wanting a quiet appointment, there is no need to explain or feel apologetic for not wanting to socialize - your comfort is our utmost priority!
