Guidelines for Joint-Venture: The Josiah Ministry: (EXHIBIT A)
The Josiah Ministry will fund, support, partner with small scale projects involving medical, educational, spiritual, economic, social, and evangelistic ministries. The Josiah Ministry is interested in assisting projects that support the 3 Angels Message and share the same mission and vision that aids in the soon coming of Jesus Christ. Per board determination, our project application will be classified as a one-time or continuous project.
1. Funding one-time projects: projects are small scale and short-term and can be easily completed. Examples are: Setting up a Revival weekend in the community.
2. Funding continuous projects: Long-term projects requiring ongoing reporting.
Example:
A) A school ministry that has a vision, mission and team set up and in need of financialdirection and consulting.
B) A website set up with a support team who needs an organization to support their administration.
C) A group of people setting up a church ministry or school that needs corporate identity and/or sponsorship.
3. Reports are required for all projects: A quarterly report for all continuous projects and a completion report for one-time short-term projects.
4. A copy of the project proposal must accompany the joint-venture application.
5. All funds that have been specifically allotted for the project are to be used for that project alone. They cannot be diversified and used to fill in other needs of the applying organization. If the applicant’s project is terminated due to unforeseen circumstances, the organization has to return the funds to The Josiah Ministry.
6. The organization agrees to follow the plan submitted in their project proposal to The Josiah Ministry. Any changes in plans must be approved by The Josiah Ministry.
7. The organization applying for partnership waives their right to a Jury upon The Josiah Ministry accepting the project proposal. Instead, the applicant agrees to an arbitrator and both parties agree to the ruling of the arbitrator whether for or against the applicant’s organization or for or against The Josiah Ministry.
8. The Josiah Ministry reserves the right to deny approval for a project without having to disclose the reason.
9. The Josiah Ministry reserves the right to terminate sponsorship, partnership or joint-venture agreements at any time. However, will not do so if the applicant follows the Project proposal and The Bible and Spirit of Prophecy.
10. The ministry partner agrees to a service fee (see TJM factor) of all donations, revenues and income received by The Josiah Ministry.
Financial Policies: (EXHIBIT B)
1. TJM works with the treasurer of the organization. TJM IS NOT THE TREASURER for the respective ministry.
2. TJM reserves the right to keep a reserved amount (up to $1,000.00) in each ministry’s account in the event the ministry cannot pay the TJM service fee.
Example: If Ministry partner “ABC” has $3,500 in their account and they ask for a reimbursement of $3,300. TJM reserves the right to only reimburse up to $2,500 to keep a $1,000 reserve in each account.
3. The ministry partner will supply a financial balance sheet at an agreed time between the TJM treasurer and the ministry partner treasurer.
4. The ministry partner must fill out a “Funds Request Sheet” along with receipts and submit all documents to their TJM Financial Representative. TJM will process the “Requested funds” sheet every Monday. Anything turned in from Sunday to Friday will be processed the following Monday. Checks should be available by the following Friday.
Example: If Ministry partner submits request for $250.00 anytime from September 30
(mon) thru October 5 2007 (Friday). It will be processed on October 8, 2007 and a check
