1. Solo Service
All visits are performed personally by meāthere are no assistants, substitutes, or shared visits. Your cat will receive my full attention during each visit.
2. Booking & Scheduling
Meet & Greet: A complimentary consultation is required before the first booking.
Scheduling: Please book visits as early as possible. Last-minute bookings (within 48 hours) may be subject to availability.
Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 10 days before the first day of service may incur a 50% charge.
3. Payment
Rates & Payment: Payment is required in full before services begin.
Holiday Surcharge: Additional fees may apply for services on federal holidays.
Accepted Methods: Cash, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal.
4. Home Access & Security
You are responsible for providing secure access (key, lockbox code, etc.).
Please remove hazards and secure any areas off-limits to me.
5. Cat Care
I provide feeding, litter box cleaning, playtime, grooming, and medication administration (if instructions are provided).
Cats must be indoor-only during my care.
Please ensure your cat is current on vaccinations, flea control, and other health measures.
6. Communication
After each visit, I will send updates including photos and notes about your catās day.
I am available by text or email for questions before and during your service period.
7. Emergencies
In case of illness or injury, I will seek veterinary care immediately and contact you as soon as possible.
Please authorize veterinary care in your pet information form.
8. Liability
While I take all precautions, you are responsible for any known hazards in your home.
I carry liability insurance for incidents during visits.
9. Acknowledgment
By booking my services, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
