Please note that a $100.00 non-refundable, research and planning fee is required to initiate the development of your vacation proposal (due after your free 15 minute consultation).

Our planning services include:

• Research of hotels, resort, rental properties, and/or cruise vessels and itineraries - you will be provided the best three options based on your request and preferences (unless fewer options are deemed appropriate) 
• Review and explanation of local travel requirements
• Cost analysis of airfare or rail, and/or rental car research (as requested)
• Destination airport transfers (international)
• Research of optional excursions and/or tours (as requested)
• We will also provide resources to obtain travel insurance. Which is highly recommended for all travelers. 
• Pre-/During/Post-Travel advocacy and reservation management

We will save you hours of time and energy by doing the heavy lifting for you! All you'll need to do is pack your bags!! 

If your reservation is confirmed with a deposit or full payment within 48 hours of recieving your invoice, 50% of your planning fee will be applied to your invoice at time of final payment.

Completing this form as thoroughly as possible will assist us in providing the most accurate custom proposal.

Your vacation proposal will be provided within 5-7 business days of the submission of this form and your research and planning fee. It includes a pre-deposit service retainer for the period of 15 calendar days.

During this time you may contact us with any questions or request for minor proposal alterations. We ask that you schedule a proposal review as soon as possible after receipt to help us ensure that you are provided the best service during this time. 

• Vacation proposals that have not received deposit within 15 days, will incur a $50 repricing fee if you decide to proceed with booking at a later time
• The planning and research fee includes no more than one date or destination change, an additonal fee will apply for additional modifications.

If, for some reason we are unable to respond to your request within 72 hours and have not arranged an alternate delivery schedule that is acceptable, your planning and research fee will be refunded to you in full minus any processing fees applied by our merchant account.
