 There is research & planning fees associated with all quotes. These fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Our fee is for the following services:

• Advocating on behalf of your travel group
• Itinerary Services & Planning (Separate Research Fee)
• Detailed Flight and Hotel Quotes: Whether you're seeking both flight and hotel options or just accommodations, we'll provide the best recommendations tailored to your needs.
• Efficient Payment Management: Rest easy as we handle all payment details, ensuring transactions are secure and timely on behalf of your travel group.
• Dedicated Research & Booking: Our team invests significant time in meticulously planning, researching, negotiating, and booking the most suitable travel arrangements for you.
• Access to Industry Expertise: Benefit from our vast knowledge, insights, and connections in the travel industry.
• Pre-Travel Coordination: We organize every detail before your trip, ensuring a smooth and delightful travel experience.
• On-Trip Support: Enjoy peace of mind knowing we're here to assist during your vacation for any unexpected events or queries.
• Timely Document Delivery: All essential trip documents will be handed over to you 2 weeks before departure, ensuring you're fully prepared.

Please fill out the Travel Inquiry & Quote Request in its entirety, and you will be contacted within 5-7 business days with a follow-up via EMAIL. If you need research completed quicker than 5-7 business days, we do offer a RUSH option at checkout.

Quotes sent are subject to change at anytime. Please keep in mind, as you review/discuss/research other options; airfare may increase, rooms and cabins may be otherwise reserved. We suggest planning your trip well in advance to take advantage of flexible payment plans. If you do not book within 30 days of us sending your initial quote, we will require another research fee.

Your budget determines your vacation experience. We will do our best to search for the best value for your price point, but we ask your expectations to be realistic to match your budget.

Factors to consider:

• Timeframe of Travel (Weekend, Holidays, Peak Season, etc)
• Destinations that are popular and more costly 
• Budget efficient airline selections
• Add on's to your quotes such as upgraded rooms, transportation, insurance, excursions, etc.

Payments plans are available, but your trip must be more than 60 days prior to your departure dates. If not, full payment may be required upfront. We offer financing options such as Uplift and After Pay if you have passed the payment plan deadline.

Travel Insurance Is Strongly Recommended But Not Required. Travel Insurance protects you, your trip and any funds spent towards your trip.

We offer Travel Protection in the event of any unforeseen events happening. Travel Credit Insurance can be applied to a future trip and Full Refunds are offered if you choose to purchase this option. Please keep in mind the cost purchased of the travel insurance is non-refundable. If selecting to purchase travel insurance, the cost will be added to your deposit to pay upfront. Travel Protection cannot be added after your reservation has been created.

Should you choose not to purchase travel insurance, you agree to accept any consequences and costs, resulting from unforeseen events that may occur. The Client does not have the right to demand compensation from the travel agency for any unforeseen expenses incurred as a direct result of cancellation or failure to make your trip, lost baggage, loss of health, death, accidents and/or emergency evacuation due to natural disasters or acts of terrorism, if the travel agency is not the direct and immediate cause and reason for these expenses.

In The City Destinations Booking Policies:

• If the information given does not match, The Makings of B LLC & In The City, Destinations will not be held responsible for any fees, penalties, consequences, and or denial of entry or boarding due to failure to provide accurate and correct information. It is the client's full responsibility to provide accurate information.
• After providing your quote(s), quotes can be modified up to TWO times, before a modification fee of $25 is applied. This includes change of dates, travelers, locations, flights, resort/hotel, etc. Please consult with your travel group before submitting the form.
• After confirming and booking your trip, if you have to make ANY changes to your reservation (dates, travelers, locations, flights, resort/hotel, etc), a fee of $50 per change will be assessed by In The City Destinations in addition to any fees charged by the hotel/airline.
• If you do not book within 30 days of us sending your initial quote(s), we will require another research fee and form to be completed.
• Payments plans are available, but your trip must be more than 60 days prior to departure. If not, full payment may be required upfront. We offer financing options such as Uplift and After Pay if you have passed the payment plan deadline.
• Our planning and research fee is non-refundable. Should you book elsewhere, stop the planning process, or decide to cancel your trip, our fee will still be retained.
• By submitting a travel inquiry with In The City Destinations, you are confirming that you have researched travel restrictions for your destination and you are aware of what is required to travel.
