• A. Session Fees

  Client agrees to pay Model a retainer at the time of booking to secure their appointment date and time. This fee goes toward your session. The balance is due at the time of the session. The session fee covers the time and talent of Model and her time spent on administrative tasks arranging the photoshoot and any necessary travel. If Model has to cancel a tour or booking your deposit will be immediately returned in full. I am a fully registered business and can provide full invoicing.

  Cancelation fees apply, if you cancel with less than 2 weeks notice I keep the retainer, if you cancel within 1 week I request full payment as it is nearly impossible to rebook on short notice. If you are able to rebook within a week i will wave the cancelation fee and transfer it to payment for the shoot, this is not always possible with my schedule. I am a fully registered business and support myself as a business,

  Model reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, flight delays or other circumstances beyond their control. Model agrees to do her best to find a last-minute replacement or reschedule. If a replacement is not found or shoot not able to be rescheduled, the retainer will be refunded.*

*Please note that this is exceedingly rare.

 

 Rate

  This rate is universal and applies to all photoshoots besides commercial jobs (*aside from discounts applied to full day bookings) Rate is inclusive of basic hair and makeup and any agreed wardrobe items/props model has available - unless otherwise discussed. If you would like to use your own HMUA 1hr before the shoot is included if scheduled at time of booking, time beyond 1Hr goes into paid time:

$175 hourly + $70 per extra photographer per hour.

$220 hourly for Fetish(must be discussed prior to booking)

+$70 per 15 mins of video

$600/ Half Day 4hrs

$1000/ Day 8hrs (includes a 15 minute break and a half hour lunch)

This fee is tax inclusive.

Two hour minimum for all photoshoots.

 I am happy to workout discounts for multi-day bookings to allow the opportunity to travel to remote and unique locations, I generally ask for my accommodation, travel costs and meals covered during the booking period

  I do NOT do TFP, I will accept trade for accommodations or flights, I require references from models that have stayed with you in the past. I offer 30 mins of shoot time per night of accommodation.

• B. Etiquette

  I am understanding and respectful of everyone I work with. All I ask is for the same in return. Be professional, even if you are not a professional photographer. Give me space and understand that you may not touch me without permission. For us to form a smooth working relationship, avoid miscommunication, and capture great images I must feel comfortable and safe. I reserve the right to end a photoshoot early at full pay if this rule is not respected. 

• C. Billable Time, Overtime Fees & Being Late

  Each session has a designated amount of time and it is blocked off in Model's calendar to give Client undivided attention and make sure Model arrives prepared for our photoshoot session. Please be considerate of the time and the other appointments and sessions that may be scheduled for the same day of the session. Client agrees to ensure all business and transactions are completed in time for the completion of the allotted time. Billable time starts when Model arrives and ends when she is packed up to leave as that is time she is giving Client her full attention. If Model is kept past the agreed upon shoot time, Client agrees to pay at the pro-rated amount of $20 per fifteen minutes. Should Model be late, a pro-rated portion of her fee may be withheld at a rate of $20 per fifteen minutes. If there is available time on the back end of the photoshoot to make up for lost time and it is agreeable to continue for all parties, this option is available also. Please note that breaks are included in billable time.

• D. Location Costs & Fees

  If there are any costs/fees associated with the location the client has chosen for their session, you, the Client, will be responsible for those fees. Model will not guarantee or arrange payment on any location. Part of your fee includes travel within 30 miles of City; any location outside of these limits as per Google Maps will be subject to an additional charge of $1/mile as part of the agreement. If location is not accessible by public transportation or more than a 5 mile Uber/Taxi Client will provide transportation or compensation for an Uber/Taxi. Up to 1Hr travel time to and from the shoot location is included, additional travel cost will be required for locations that exceed this as it cuts into time for other bookings.

• E. Model Release

  Model will sign releases so long as it is understood and agreed upon that images must NOT be made available for sale to those affiliated with pornographic websites. My likeness cannot be used to train AI machine or be used to generate images using my likeness, and cannot be commercially licensed to a third party without my explicit consent on case by case basis. Images for sale must be approved by model and edited professionally, these include magazine submissions. Image sales beyond $500 from images aquired from shoot will be profit shared with model at 15%.

• F. Liability

  Model is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for themselves and release Model from any claims against their person or their business.

• G. Limits

  Client agrees to discuss and gain approval of props before photoshoot. This includes wardrobe.

  Model never poses for masterbation themes or open legged, and should any photos exposing inner labia be discovered, Client agrees to immediately delete such files from all storage devices on which it may be found.

• H. Cameras

  Wherever there is the expectation of privacy (bathroom/changeroom) it is expected that there be no cameras at any time unless invited in. Hidden cameras are a no-no and will result in a lawsuit. All cameras must be brought to my attention upon entry to the location if not immediately visible.

• I. Weather & Temperature

  I do not have good cold tolerance, but i am willing to shoot at a minimum of 15°C and Maximum of 42°C, however they require time to prepare for and time to recover from. They carry significant health risks and can lead to complications that require me to take time off from other shoots, so they must be approached carefully. This should go without saying, but when temperatures and weather are not suitable for the human body to withstand long periods of time spent in states of undress, I will not spend long periods of time in states of undress. I do welcome discomfort for short periods of time in cold and heat, however if I am expected to be nude in nature on especially cold/hot days, I will ask my Client to be barefoot in order for them to be as fully present in the realities of the elements as I am. In these situations please remember i am traveling fulltime and live a Nomadic life, it is always appreciated that the Client brings warm clothing/blankets and perhaps a thermos of something warm or sun shelter and cold water in the heat. I will insist upon breaks when I absolutely need them, however I always do my best to get exactly what we need in an efficient timeframe when in physical discomfort. If we are doing an outdoor shoot, please have a backup indoor location in case of poor weather.

• J. Additional requirements

  For shoots that require wet hair, body paint, or anything that needs to be washed off, there must be a shower to do so in preparation for subsequent shoots and time alloted to clean up. 

  I do not discuss/organise/negotiate shoots over the phone, it is important for me to have the conversation history in writing so I can easily refer back to it!

• No provision of this contract is intended or shall be construed to provide or create any third party beneficiary right or any other similar right of any kind to any person or entity which is not a contracting party to this contract. Any provision of this contract which is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable in such jurisdiction shall, as to that jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such illegality, invalidity or unenforceability and shall otherwise be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, all without affecting the remaining provisions of this Agreement or affecting the legality, validity or enforceability of such provision in any other jurisdiction.

IN NO EVENT WILL THE MODEL, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, SUPPLIERS, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, AGGRAVATED, ECONOMIC OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, HOWSOEVER CAUSED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE FROM KNOWLEDGE LEARNED OR EMPLOYMENT, LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS, EVEN IF THE EMPLOYER OR ANY OF ITS LAWFUL AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR CLAIM. IN NO EVENT WILL THE EMPLOYER AND COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, SUPPLIERS, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS OR EMPLOYEES, BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OR LOSSES RESULTING FROM: DATA CORRUPTION, TRANSMISSION ERRORS OR PROBLEMS OF LEARNED KNOWLEDGE, PERSONAL INJURY; THIRD-PARTY CONTENT, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES; DAMAGES OR LOSSES CAUSED BY THE EMPLOYEE.

• Requests:

1. Behind-The-Scenes Video/Photos

I love and appreciate any behind-the-scenes photos you'd like to share, but please ask before using cameras/camcorders/any type of recording device (this includes cell phone cameras) during the session unless prior arrangement has been made between Client and Model. The Model will not continue if there are other cameras or video taping during the session, that had not been spoken about and/or agreed upon by all parties.

2. Food & Water

As it is never expected I do appreciate when food and water is made available, particularly on shoots that run 3+ hours long. My only allergy is quinoa. I prefer to snack on healthy things that are high in protein to help me stay energized. Veggies, fruit, cheese, nuts...
