  • Please complete this form as thoroughly as possible if you are interested in participating as a vendor at The Mom Event 2026 (March 28th 9am-2pm, at Trenton Christian School). Single Booths, with or without tables, will be $50.

    Applications must be submitted by January 23rd at the latest in order to be eligible to participate in this year's event. We have a limited number of booths available and want to provide a variety of services and goods, so participation will not be on a first-come first serve basis, but the sooner you can submit your application the better able we are to plan the event!

  • The Mom Event Guidelines (please read carefully)

    Applications are due January 23rd. They will all be reviewed carefully and approval letters will be sent out by email by Feb 13 to accepted vendors. All registration fees and insurance forms are due- without exceptions- by Feb 27th. Failure to provide payment by this deadline* will result in the loss of your chance to participate and your spot will be offered to someone on the waiting list. Payment details will be included in the approval email.

    If you require electricity at your booth, please indicate this on the form. Be advised that you will be responsible for providing your own extension cords/power bars as well as working cooperatively with surrounding booths for the use of the available outlets.

    Doors will be open at 7:45am for vendors to set up. We expect vendors to arrive early enough to have their displays ready for the event starting time of 9am. The event will run from 9am-2pm, and vendors are required to stay on location and be present at their booth until closing.

  • Moms Helping Moms

    The Mom Event is a FREE-to-the-community event. The proceeds raised from the Silent Auction are donated to the Pregancy and Family Care of Quinte West. In the spirit of the event, we request that all participants commit to:

    1) Donating a product/service to the Silent Auction.

    2) Promoting and advertising The Mom Event through your social media sites (i.e.Facebook, Instagram, etc).
