The Mom Event Guidelines (please read carefully)
Applications are due January 23rd. They will all be reviewed carefully and approval letters will be sent out by email by Feb 13 to accepted vendors. All registration fees and insurance forms are due- without exceptions- by Feb 27th. Failure to provide payment by this deadline* will result in the loss of your chance to participate and your spot will be offered to someone on the waiting list. Payment details will be included in the approval email.
If you require electricity at your booth, please indicate this on the form. Be advised that you will be responsible for providing your own extension cords/power bars as well as working cooperatively with surrounding booths for the use of the available outlets.
Doors will be open at 7:45am for vendors to set up. We expect vendors to arrive early enough to have their displays ready for the event starting time of 9am. The event will run from 9am-2pm, and vendors are required to stay on location and be present at their booth until closing.
