    Thank you for showing interest in our fast growing dance family! We strive to create the best environment for our young dancers to help them feel safe and welcomed. Our season runs from September-May with a Winter Recital in December and a Spring Recital in June.   • All classes are billed on the 15th of the previous month for the upcoming month (e.g., billed March 15th for April classes).

    Monthly Tuition Rates:

    30-minute classes: $30.00 + HST
    1-hour classes: $60.00 + HST

  • All class options listed below include participation in the following studio events:

    - Winter Recital (December 13th, 2026)
    - Spring Recital (First Week in June)
    - Picture Day (March 21st, 2027)


    Costume Requirements:

    - Each class requires the purchase of one costume per dancer.
    - For mixed-style classes (e.g., Ballet/Acro), dancers will only be required to purchase one costume total.
    - This costume will be used for Picture Day and the Spring Recital.


    All participation in recitals and events is considered part of the class commitment.

  • Competitive Level Training Classes

  • The Official Dance Project also offers competitive level training classes designed to help dancers learn new skills and refine existing technique in a focused, high-level environment. These classes are strictly for training purposes and will not perform in any recitals. We have options Ballet Technique, Acro Technique, Hip Hop Technique, Tap Technique, Stretch & Strengthen and Jumps & Turns. Participation in these classes do require an assessment before the dancer is permitted to participate. Book your assessment today by emailing theofficialdanceproject@gmail.com.


    Picture Day (March 21st, 2027) Details:

    - Participation in Picture Day is completely optional for these classes.
    - No costume purchase is required or provided.
    - Dancers are welcome to wear any attire of their choice if they wish to participate and receive photos.

    Costume Requirements:

    - There are no costume requirements for competitive training classes.
    - These classes are intended to support dancers in their technical growth, strength, and versatility at a competitive level without the added commitment of performances or costumes.

  • I understand that all fees must be paid on time. If I require an extension for any reason, I will notify the studio immediately:
  • I understand that all costume fees are non-refundable after January 15th. If my dancer withdraws from a class after this date, I remain responsible for full payment of all costumes:
  • I understand that classes may be cancelled due to inclement weather or studio events (including competitions, holidays, and Picture Day), and I will not request a refund for any classes missed as a result:
  • I will encourage regular attendance so my dancer can build skills and feel confident in class and performances. I will also notify the studio of absences when possible:
  • I understand that my dancer’s costume is not to be worn outside of Picture Day and the Recital in order to keep it in good condition. Dancers are permitted to wear their costumes freely after the Spring Recital has concluded:
  • I understand that my dancer may be photographed and/or filmed, and that these images or videos may be used on social media for promotional and advertising purposes. If I do not wish for my dancer to appear in any social media content, I will notify the studio below:
  • I understand that while the studio provides viewing windows for observation, this can sometimes be distracting for dancers. Curtains may be closed at times to support focus and ensure dancers are able to listen and learn effectively:
  • I understand that dancers are expected to arrive on time and prepared for class in order to maintain a smooth and respectful learning environment. Dancers must follow the studio dress code to support safety, proper technique, and uniformity. Respect toward teachers and classmates is expected at all times, along with strong listening skills, focus, and a positive attitude. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring dancers are dropped off and picked up on time and for staying informed by keeping up with all studio emails and announcements:
