Would you like to schedule a departure service? If so, select one for each of your dogs below:

Departure services are scheduled for the day checking out. There will be no charge for the final boarding day if you schedule a haircut or bath. If you are picking up your dog on a Sunday we will schedule the departure service prior to the day checking out, regular boarding charges will apply for Sunday check out.

VACCINATIONS

If you have updated vaccination records, you can upload a copy of the file below, email to thepack@topnotchdogs.com, or fax it to 209.548.9379.

Your dog must be current on the following, vaccinations:
Distemper/Parvo combination
Rabies - if over 6 months of age
Bordetella

Recommended but not required:
Canine Influenza Vaccine (CIV H3N2/H3N8)

Puppies:
Must be participating in an on-going vaccination plan through their veterinarian.
