VENDORS:

As a vendor, you are able to keep all proceeds earned at this event.

There is a $50 spot fee to reserve your booth, or for $100 we will provide your tent, two chairs, and table. If you have any questions please reach out to us at thepeninsulaofmobile@gmail.com

SPONSORS:

All sponsors will receive credit in social media and advertising materials. Please be sure to email us a reproducible logo. Choose a level of sponsorship:

In consideration of the Peninsula of Mobile, their sponsors, agents, representatives, contractors, successors, event organizers and conductors allowing me to participate in the 2026 Crepe Myrtle Trail Festival and its related activities, I HEREBY WAIVE, RELEASE AND DISCHARGE FOREVER SAID PENINSULA OF MOBILE, THEIR SPONSORS, AGENTS,REPRESENTATIVES, CONTRACTORS, SUCCESSORS, EVENT ORGANIZERS AND CONDUCTORS, FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, RIGHTS AND CAUSES OF ACTION OF WHATSOEVER KIND AND NATURE ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM ANY AND ALL KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, FORESEEN OR UNFORESEEN, BODILY AND PERSONAL INJURY, DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, AND THE CONSEQUENCES THEREOF RESULTING FROM MY PARTICIPATING IN SAID 2024 CREPE MYRTLE FESTIVAL AND RELATED ACTIVITIES AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE FOR ANY SAID INJURIES AND/OR DAMAGE. I attest and verify that I am physically fit for this event and that I will always wear a personal flotation device in the boat while I participate in this event. Further, I hereby grant full permission to any and all the foregoing to use any photographs, videotapes, or any other record of this event for any purpose whatever.
