By clicking the submit button, I agree that the above statements are true and I am over the age of 18, I understand there is an adoption donation associated with adoption of a pet from The Pretty pittie committee and that it is tax deductible according to IRS 501(c)3 guidelines. I understand this donation will ensure the organization is equipped to rescue another homeless pet. By clicking the submit button, I understand that if I no longer want or can no longer care for my adopted pet, I agree to notify The Pretty Pittie Committee BY PHONE and provide a period to allow the rescue to make arrangements for my pet to be taken back into rescue. under no circumstances will I surrender my pet to A shelter. By clicking the submit button, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the rescue against any losses, lawsuits, claims, injury, damages incurred by me or to any persons or property by my adopted pet, once adoption has been completed. By clicking the submit button, I understand that The Pretty Pittie Committee will disclose any of the pet's health or behavior issues known by the above named rescue group before adoption is completed, and all adopted pets must be spayed or neutered before adoption and or at age approperiate times, if by failing to do so the pet can and will be taken back into care of The Pretty pittie committee. FOR OUT OF STATE ADOPTIONS there is a deposit for transport that is non refundable under no circumstances.
